For seafood enthusiasts, we ensure that your order reaches you in the freshest condition. All seafood orders are freshly prepared and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays via overnight air. To qualify for next-day air, kindly place your order by 1 p.m. EST. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the following shipping day. If you place your order between Friday and Monday, it will be filled and sent out on Tuesday.

Don’t need the scallops immediately? No problem! Send us an email at rockybottomfisheries@gmail.com after your order is placed to alert us which day you’d like the product received.

*Please note that delivery timing can also be influenced by the catch and daily limits set by the season. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order for the next business day’s arrival, we will promptly notify you.

The 2023 Northern Gulf of Maine Federal Scallop season starts April 1st. This fishery is quota-driven; therefore, the end date is unknown. We will post updates as we receive them.

Our product is dependent on our fishermen as there is no middleman, which means our Maine scallops go from ocean to boat to your plate. Our goal is to provide the freshest product directly from the ocean to your front door.
