CAPTAIN
As Captain, you’re responsible for leading the boat and navigating safely around Casco Bay. Previous experience lobstering and approaching traps is a plus.

DECKHAND
The Deckhand and Senior Deckhand positions are vital to the success of our Tours and demonstrations. Starting from the time the guests come aboard, the Deckhands are there to ensure a safe, fun, and informative tour of a moving vessel.

TOUR GUIDE
The Tour Guide position will join the deckhand and Captain on each tour. This person is responsible for learning the demonstration end to end and assisting the deckhand with the onboard responsibilities. A Rocky Bottom Tour Guide is someone passionate about showcasing Maine and one of our longest-running industries. An interest in boats and history is a plus!

TICKET BOOTH REPRESENTATIVE
The position is a key component of the business. The ticket booth representative will be the first employee of Rocky Bottom that customers will connect with. This position is responsible for onsite and pre-booked tour sales as well as onsite merchandise sales.

Rocky Bottom Fisheries is a passenger vessel conducting lobster demonstration tours, private charters, and sunset cruises. Rocky Bottom is committed to providing a one-of-a-kind experience whether it be hauling lobster gear, celebrating with friends, or watching the sunset; all while enjoying the scenic views of historical landmarks of Casco Bay.
